- Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain compliance standards
- Proficiency with computer systems, data entry tools, and business applications
- Problem-solving skills for handling routine discrepancies
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of operations or transaction processing
- High school diploma or skills-based equivalent
- Experience in business process services or financial operations (preferred)
- Familiarity with transaction processing systems and workflow tools (preferred)
- Knowledge of compliance, risk, or quality control practices (preferred)
- Experience working with service level agreements and performance metrics (preferred)
- Continuous improvement mindset with exposure to process optimization (preferred)
