8+ years of experience in HCM solutions
7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefits (HCM) implementations
Strong functional expertise in: Oracle Payroll (US), 401(k) configuration and processing, Retro payroll and payroll adjustments, Leave of Absence (LOA), Payroll costing setup, Absence Management, Core HR Benefits
Strong understanding of payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements
Experience with US payroll processes and regulations
Deep knowledge of US Benefits domain
Experience with third-party benefits / 401(k) providers
Payroll integration with external vendors
Exposure to payroll reconciliation reporting and dashboards
Proven experience in payroll process review, optimization, and redesign
Experience supporting payroll transformation or standardization initiatives
Benefits configuration (plans, programs, life events, rates)
Handling complex eligibility and deduction scenarios
Experience with multi-vendor benefits landscape
