Role Overview
- Manage end-to-end fulfillment across EMEA and APAC
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance, inventory positioning, and carrier/3PL effectiveness
- Serve as the primary operational escalation point
- Lead negotiations with warehousing providers and 3PLs across EMEA/APAC
- Develop a preferred vendor framework balancing cost, quality, and coverage
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs)
- Design and optimize the regional logistics network to reduce cost-to-serve and improve lead times
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international trade regulations, customs, and import/export laws across EMEA/APAC
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or trade operations
- 5+ years in a senior or director-level role
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-country distribution and cross-border fulfillment across EMEA and/or APAC
- Proven track record in logistics network design, RFP management, complex 3PL/warehousing contract negotiations, and international trade compliance
- Fluency in English (additional European or Asian languages are an advantage)
