- Develops and leads complex strategic, competitive, and product analyses
- Independently identifies and defines business challenges
- Interprets and analyzes highly complex data
- Researches and analyzes emerging product and industry trends
- Serves as the business lead for key Advice from Vanguard initiatives
- Builds and sustains strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Leads and supports key elements of annual business planning
Requirements
- Minimum of five years related work experience
- Experience leading large scale strategy projects
- Product development and project management experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Graduate degree preferred
- Ability to cohere to Hybrid Work Model (onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs)
