Role Overview
- Support benefits administration, including health and dental plans;
- Assist with administrative tasks for HR and Facilities;
- Handle office procurement and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Support corporate credit card expense reconciliation;
- Assist in organizing internal communications/employee engagement initiatives, celebrations and coffee breaks for employees;
- Work across multiple fronts simultaneously, contributing wherever needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Comfortable building relationships and working in a team
- Hands-on, organized, and eager to learn
- Open and curious about working with technology and AI tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
