Provide consultative and strategic legal support to the Company's internal teams
Draft, review, negotiate and structure a variety of commercial contracts
Review and negotiate contracts related to insurance, coinsurance and reinsurance operations
Legal review of policy terms and conditions, contractual clauses, marketing materials and documents related to insurance products
Provide legal and regulatory support for products, operations and new business initiatives
Work on matters related to SUSEP and the insurance market
Monitor and manage administrative proceedings and regulatory matters
Support corporate matters, corporate governance and corporate meetings
Support implementation and development of Compliance, Governance, Risk and Internal Controls projects
Manage and oversee external law firms and strategic litigation
Prepare legal opinions, conduct legal research and produce executive-level materials
Support matters related to LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), partners, vendors and reputational due diligence
Participate in automation, innovation and Legal Ops projects, including the use of artificial intelligence applied to the legal environment
Design and improve workflows, processes and internal controls for the legal function
Maintain ongoing interface with multidisciplinary teams and Company leadership

Active OAB license (registered with the Brazilian Bar Association)
Previous experience at a law firm, insurer, reinsurer, brokerage or a company in a regulated market
Experience with commercial contracts, advisory work and regulatory matters
Genuine interest in the insurance market, insurance regulation and the operational dynamics of insurers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized, analytical profile with strong prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously with autonomy
Comfortable working in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
Genuine interest in innovation, technology and continuous improvement
