Support processing and control of accounts payable;
Verify and organize invoices, boleto payment slips (boletos), contracts, and other financial documents;
Enter data into the financial system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines;
Monitor due dates and assist with payment scheduling;
Assist with basic reconciliations and internal controls for the area;
Provide support to the finance team on administrative and operational tasks;
Help organize files and improve the team's controls.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Financial Management, or related fields;
Availability to intern for a minimum of 1 year;
Basic knowledge of Excel;
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible;
Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
