Troubleshooting: Diagnosis and resolution of medium
and high-complexity incidents involving wired networks, corporate Wi‑Fi, carrier links and circuits in manufacturing and office environments.
Equipment Configuration: Configuration and support of switches, routers and access points (Cisco, Huawei and Fortinet), as well as support for mobile devices on the corporate network.
Voice and Video: Configuration, support and troubleshooting of fixed telephony, PABX, VoIP and video conferencing equipment integrated with the Teams platform.
Physical Infrastructure: Installation, organization and maintenance of network outlets, structured cabling, racks and patch panels.
Documentation: Preparation of technical performance reports, maintenance of the network equipment inventory and updating documentation and network topologies.
