Partner closely with the Acquisition Sales team to maximize customer value
Manage a portfolio of new small business credit card accounts from the initial application approval through day ~60
Provide hands-on one-on-one consultation to customers during onboarding and ramp process
Accelerate credit card purchase volume and product adoption
Ask consultative questions to uncover additional opportunities for our suite of payment solutions
Actively ask for customer referrals and leverage early success to identify new opportunities
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Business Cards & Payments product suite
Accurately record all customer interactions in Salesforce
Share feedback with Field Sales partners about ways to enhance customer experience
Help customers maximize the card program
Requirements
At least 2 years of sales or customer development experience in a customer-facing role such as Inside Sales, Account Management or Business Development
At least 1 year of experience using a CRM software such as Salesforce for client tracking and reporting
