Follows up with patients and related parties regarding complaints.
Analyzes and reports trends on a monthly basis.
Coordinates the reward and recognition program.
Monitors responses to patient satisfaction surveys.
Facilitates customer service classes as needed.
Conducts benchmarking surveys with other institutions.
