Role Overview
Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Gathers and analyzes requirements
Documents business processes

Pulls basic data and creates simple analysis

Limited partner interaction across bank including line of business, Finance, Risk, and Technology

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
1+ years experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or related role. (required)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/PPT
Beginner database querying
Understanding of AI tools and prompting
Basic data visualization and data mining techniques
Basic project management skills
Basic knowledge of CRM platforms
Basic knowledge of corporate and LOB-specific regulatory processes including Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Federal Reserve Y-14Q reporting
Data collection and validation to support reporting needs
Introductory knowledge of investment banking and commercial real estate products, revenue drivers, and deal lifecycles
Developing baseline understanding of business partner strategy
Building financial acumen
