About this role

Leads smaller scale projects that involve the analysis of moderately complex to complex modeling
Provides business insights and recommendations to support business improvements
Reports findings to Senior Management
Builds complex dashboards and prepares reports for Senior Management
Acts as a technical resource and regularly identifies opportunities to leverage new IT solutions
Works independently and partners with other analytical teams across the organization
Responds to and fulfills adhoc data requests

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or related field
Typically a minimum of seven years of related work experience
Solid knowledge of core functions of an insurance company
Solid technical knowledge of financial, economical and statistical practices
Solid interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Solid project management, organization and planning skills
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
