- Support Desjardins’s strategic priorities by leading your department

- Responsible for strategic and operational management of a team selling financial products and services
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with members and clients
- Monitor a business plan that addresses priorities, challenges, and objectives
- Ensure sector performance and risk management in accordance with standards
- Manage a team dedicated to members and clients
- Oversee employees’ skills development and ensure high-quality service
- Implement and monitor action plan to achieve target results
- Promote talent acquisition and management, team synergy, and change management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
- Available to travel to Joliette and Sorel-Tracy
- Available to work one evening per week, on Wednesdays, until 8:00 p.m.
