Senior Digital Associate

Role Overview

• Lead the design-forward execution of digital organizing and narrative efforts.
• Support the development and manage the execution of the organization’s digital program.
• Lead the design vision and execution of the organization’s website and all campaign microsites.
• Establish and maintain high-quality visual and design standards across all digital outputs.
• Manage social media efforts, creating and publishing compelling content daily.
• Manage the email program to convey the organization’s story and work to its supporters.
• Manage SEO and Google Ads to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements

• Sophisticated visual design and graphic communication skills.
• Robust CSS styling and web design skills.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and copyediting skills.
• Strong working knowledge of core digital tools and platforms, including Canva, Mailchimp, Quorum, Adobe Suite, Squarespace, and comparable software.
• Experience applying UX, accessibility, and inclusive design best practices.
• Experience in digital organizing, digital communications, or design-led advocacy work.
• Experience using digital metrics and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, social media insights, email analytics, A/B testing.
