Role Overview
- Structure an editorial calendar aligned with the funnel, product, and goals.
- Distribute content across awareness, authority, and conversion stages.
- Create strategic content series (e.g., Netflix-style formats).
- Identify trending topics and timing opportunities.
- Ensure narrative consistency and a premium positioning.
- Develop a plan to grow qualified followers.
- Work on retention, brand perception, and authority.
- Integrate organic content with strategic paid promotion.
- Monitor weekly growth and adjust the strategy accordingly.
- Write strategic content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Develop scripts for videos, webinars, and campaigns.
- Create copy for pages and funnels/flows.
- Focus on retention, clarity, and conversion.
- Design visual assets for social media.
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts).
- Organize and publish content.
- Ensure visual and textual standards are aligned with the brand.
- Monitor retention and engagement metrics.
- Adjust the content plan based on performance.
- Collaborate with the traffic/ads team for strategic boosting.
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in tools: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, CapCut, Etus, Facebook, Analytics.
- Experience working in a marketing agency.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist.
- Portfolio including: strategic content, scripts, and video editing.
- Solid knowledge of the funnel (Top, Middle and Bottom).
- Ability to structure an editorial calendar with revenue objectives.
- Excellent written Portuguese.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- B2B experience is a plus.
