Role Overview
- Lead SAP Business One implementation and migration projects
- Analyze customer business processes and design ERP solutions
- Configure SAP Business One HANA environments
- Develop and maintain Crystal Reports
- Support end-users and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical and infrastructure teams
- Provide documentation, workshops, and user training
- Support customer representatives and account managers
- Prepare quotations, renewals, and licensing documentation
- Coordinate SAP license requests and changes
- Assist with maintenance renewals and subscription tracking
- Maintain customer records and operational documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding licensing and service requests
- Coordinate internally with consulting and infrastructure teams
Requirements
- US Citizen required
- Based in the United States
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- 5+ years of SAP Business One consulting experience
- Strong experience with SAP Business One on HANA
- Experience with:
- Implementation projects
- Process analysis
- User training
- Support and optimization
- Strong Crystal Reports development skills
- Excellent customer communication and documentation abilities
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- 3+ years experience in sales support, back office, or ERP operations
- Experience with SAP Business One licensing and maintenance processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience working with customer representatives and account managers
