Develop, enhance, validate and operationalize Machine Learning models, with primary focus on: Churn prediction; Recommendation systems
Transform analytical models that are not yet in production into reliable, scalable and monitorable production solutions
Design and implement periodic model retraining workflows, ensuring continuous updating, consistency and performance
Build and sustain MLOps practices, including: model versioning; pipeline automation; performance monitoring; control of data drift and model drift; criteria for promoting models to production
Collaborate with data, engineering and business teams to ensure correct application of models and generation of measurable value
Perform data exploration, preparation and transformation to create relevant features and continuously improve models
Ensure the advancement of the operation's analytical maturity, helping Machine Learning initiatives move from experimental environments to generating effective business results

Proven experience as a Senior Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer or equivalent role
Hands-on experience developing supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning models
Experience building solutions focused on: churn; recommendation; segmentation; propensity; user behavior
Proficiency in Python for data science
Advanced SQL proficiency
Experience with BigQuery
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Practical experience with Vertex AI or equivalent services for model training, deployment and monitoring
Experience with: feature engineering; model evaluation and validation; Machine Learning performance metrics; exploratory data analysis; handling and processing large volumes of data; model and experiment versioning; pipeline automation; MLOps concepts and application
Knowledge of libraries and frameworks such as: Pandas; NumPy; Scikit-learn; XGBoost, LightGBM or equivalents; TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar
