Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Control and Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields).
Experience in industrial environments.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Experience with industrial automation and systems integration.
Strong communication skills.
Availability for frequent customer visits in the Jundiaí region.
Experience in electronic manufacturing (EMS).
Knowledge of MES, SCADA, OPC-UA, MQTT, or IIoT.
Experience with industrial robotics.
Computer vision expertise.
Artificial Intelligence applied to industry.
Digital Twin experience.
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
Participation in Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I) projects.
