Trainee in Communication and Design

Role Overview

• Support communication strategies and brand strengthening.
• Responsible for content production.
• Creation of visual assets.
• Support internal and external communication activities of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, Design, or related fields;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Basic knowledge of design and image/video editing tools;
• Organized, creative, and detail-oriented;
• Interest in communication, branding, and digital content production;
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or similar tools (nice to have);
• Previous experience through internships, academic projects, or freelance work (nice to have);
• Familiarity with social media management (nice to have);
• Basic photography, video recording and editing skills (nice to have);
• Basic knowledge of branding and visual identity (nice to have);
• Interest in communication and digital marketing trends (nice to have);
• Proactive, collaborative profile with a desire for continuous development (nice to have).
