Director, Paid Social – Reddit Emphasis

Role Overview

• Own strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting for Siege clients
• Build the playbook, pricing scaffolds, and reporting cadence from zero
• Retarget engaged leads and run Meta/LinkedIn campaigns that feed our own sales pipeline
• Join prospect calls to scope and sell paid social engagements alongside the growth team
• Hire your first associate when Reddit ads revenue justifies it, then train and manage them

Requirements

• 5+ years running paid social campaigns in an agency environment
• Hands-on Reddit Ads Manager experience (Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts, custom audiences)
• Proven B2B and B2C experience, especially within SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech
• Strong written communication
• "Builder energy" and a genuine excitement about helping build and scale a service line from scratch
