Responsible for driving manufacturing productivity, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support manufacturing efficiency through line balancing, cycle time analysis, bottleneck identification, layout improvements, and waste reduction initiatives.
Perform time studies, cycle time analysis, and line balancing activities.
Identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and participate in Kaizen events.
Analyze manufacturing capacity and collaborate with Production, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to support daily operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree completed in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement within manufacturing environments.
3-4 years of experience within electronics manufacturing or SMT environments.
Strong hands-on experience performing time studies, line balancing, bottleneck analysis, and productivity improvement activities.
Experience supporting SMT or electronics manufacturing processes preferred.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies and Kaizen initiatives.
Experience supporting layout changes and manufacturing flow improvements.
