Conduct technical presentations, lunch and learns, and product demonstrations.
Track and manage Agents and representatives project pipelines from design through installation to ensure conversion.
Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with company revenue goals by product family.
Forecast sales, analyze trends, and adjust strategy based on market conditions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant verticals.
Build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Develop new sales channels, relationships and partnerships.
Train partners and agent champions on product features, competitive advantages, and sales techniques.
Maintain strong relationships with major accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

3 years of proven experience in specification sales, technical sales, or regional/territory management.
Strong communication and presentation skills for specifier engagement.
Ability to analyze sales data, forecast performance, and build strategic plans.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills to manage a large territory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in the electrical business where specification sales is critical.
Technical aptitude to understand product performance and application requirements.
