Role Overview
- Work closely with people managers to make talent decisions
- Provide coaching and assistance to people managers
- Act as the primary trusted HR Business Partner
- Coordinate with the HR Process Operations team
- Oversee and support on-site new hire orientation and onboarding
- Oversee the delivery of key talent programs
- Serve as / support cultural champions
- Work closely with the COEs to incorporate employee insights
- Improve team results and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English proficiency
- More than 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in manufacturing
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Outlook, SuccessFactors, HR tools
- General knowledge of employment law and policies
- Strong performance management skills
