Role Overview
- Respond to associate inquiries for HR related matters
- Provide support for associate self-service tools
- Provide accurate information about policies and processes
- Resolve associate inquiries on a timely basis
- Service as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries
- Answer a broad range of questions regarding employment, compensation, training, policies and procedures
- Escalate non-routine matters to appropriate escalation teams
- Maintain performance against established KPI's
- Lead projects as defined by leadership
- Travel independently to various facility sites for training
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Human Resources experience
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Advanced English skills (preferred)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
