Manage end-to-end fulfillment across EMEA and APAC.
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance, inventory positioning, and carrier/3PL effectiveness.
Serve as the primary operational escalation point.
Lead negotiations with warehousing providers and 3PLs across EMEA/APAC.
Develop a preferred vendor framework balancing cost, quality, and coverage.
Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs).
Design and optimize the regional logistics network to reduce cost-to-serve and improve lead times.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international trade regulations, customs, and import/export laws across EMEA/APAC.
Serve as the logistics SME for regional sales teams during pre-sales, RFPs, and deal structuring.
Develop scalable fulfillment playbooks and design logistics models that enable competitive service offerings.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or trade operations, with 5+ years in a senior or director-level role.
Demonstrated experience managing multi-country distribution and cross-border fulfillment across EMEA and/or APAC.
Proven track record in logistics network design, RFP management, complex 3PL/warehousing contract negotiations, and international trade compliance.
Fluency in English (additional European or Asian languages are an advantage).
MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or Logistics.
