Role Overview
manage infrastructure solutions across a wide range of client environments
work with Windows Server, virtualization platforms, networking technologies, and cloud-integrated systems
help clients modernize and secure their IT operations
Requirements
3–5+ years of hands-on IT experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or MSP support roles.
Demonstrated career progression or long-term growth within a single organization.
Experience deploying, configuring, and managing Windows Server environments.
Experience with Group Policy (GPO) creation, management, and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
Familiarity with Linux administration.
Ability to document environments, follow change management processes, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in fast-paced MSP environments.
