Senior Public Policy Manager – Benelux

Role Overview

• Contribute to and execute the policy strategy for the Benelux region
• Drive key regulatory and political processes
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Work closely with local and central teams
• Outline regulatory positions and draft arguments
• Prepare for tenders across the region
• Shape upcoming mobility tenders
• Engage with city/regional authorities
• Monitor and manage public opinion
• Research municipal requirements and draft tailored white papers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Business, Economics, Communications or similar
• Professional fluency in English, French and Dutch
• Experience in public affairs within mobility, transport, tech or other policy-driven sectors
• Strong understanding of the Benelux political environment
• Experience influencing regulatory and political processes
• Ability to use data and evidence in policy development and advocacy
• Skilled in drafting regulatory positions, consultation responses and policymaker-facing arguments
• Experience leading complex cross-functional work with local and central stakeholders
