Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, supporting businesses through key stages of growth, investment and strategic development
Manage transactions independently while also collaborating with colleagues on larger and more complex matters
Advise on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, business exits and disposals, and corporate restructures
Work closely with investors, founders, and in-house legal teams, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice

Minimum 5 years’ PQE with strong experience in corporate transactional work
Experience managing corporate transactions independently
Experience supporting colleagues on larger or more complex deals
Exposure to investment and/or finance transactions would be beneficial but is not essential
A proactive, commercial approach to advising clients
Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills
Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities
A collaborative team player who enjoys working within a supportive and experienced team
