Provide strategic change management advisory services to project teams, managers and employees, in alignment with departmental guidance and the organization's change management framework.
Ensure change management interventions align with project objectives as well as with existing frameworks, policies and practices.
Contribute to project planning to integrate change management dimensions according to identified needs and issues.
Analyze stakeholders, organizational impacts and issues associated with changes and formulate appropriate recommendations.
Promote a structured, controlled transition to target states to maximize positive outcomes and mitigate impacts on stakeholders.
Work closely with project managers and teams to ensure coherence and integration of deliverables.
Actively engage on the ground to mobilize stakeholders, support their buy-in and facilitate adoption of changes.
Monitor the performance of change management activities.
Participate in project committees and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification as described in point 2 of this appendix
Hold PROSCI training or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification
Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a change management advisor in organizations of comparable scale
Within the last five (5) years, have completed at least two (2) assignments of more than one hundred person-days (100 pd) as a change management advisor, including one (1) assignment in a services context
Have completed at least two (2) change management assignments within projects that included:
Development and implementation of a change management strategy and a communications strategy
Conducting a stakeholder analysis covering more than five (5) stakeholders from at least two (2) different teams
In the last five (5) years, have facilitated at least five (5) workshops or presentations for groups of managers and professionals in strategic roles within the organization
Have contributed to two (2) projects using Lean management (continuous improvement) methodologies
Have contributed to two (2) projects in the field of information resources (information management/IT)
