Develop a deep understanding of each client’s story, brand guidelines, and market positioning to deliver consistent, high-quality products.
Collaborate daily with creative teams to integrate newly sourced products and innovative fabrication processes into client deliverables.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing budgets, timelines, and quality across seasons and clients.
Create and maintain detailed program schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare and deliver clear, detailed instructions for product and packaging decks/mockups in collaboration with design partners.
Negotiate pricing and program details with domestic and overseas factory partners for multi-SKU programs.
Use a solution-oriented approach to proactively address challenges and ensure flawless execution.

5+ years of product development experience; experience with home goods, electronics, wellness, or lifestyle products preferred.
Proven track record managing end-to-end product development from ideation through delivery.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and printing techniques.
Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables simultaneously.
Experience with domestic and international sourcing and manufacturing.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving large-scale, high-impact programs.
Availability to work outside regular hours or across time zones as needed.
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
