Manage a column of in-person patients each day
Handle communication before, during, and after appointments
Establish a relationship link with the patient
Complete clinical tasks including vitals, intra-oral scans, oral photos, pharyngometer, and rhinometer
Provide education to patients related to treatment options and their treatment plan
Assist with troubleshooting treatment plans during post-care appointments
Support medical and dental providers by conducting comprehensive patient pass offs
Send orders to labs with appropriate documentation when patients move forward with treatment
Take detailed notes throughout appointments and complete patient charts in a timely and accurate manner
Complete duties related to scheduling and patient payments with a high level of accuracy
Uploading required documents into EMR software when necessary
