Responsible for leading international projects and handing over audit results
Define the audit approach and procedures to efficiently determine findings
Deliver audit results efficiently, draft conclusions, and report insights to the Head of IT Audit
Provide insights to senior management
After presenting audit results, advise the business line on optimizing remediation measures
Responsible for the stepwise transformation of ways of working with the goal of becoming more agile
Identify trends and patterns in results and propose further automation and industrialization

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering
Advantageous: CISA or CISM
Solid experience in IT audit, e.g., IT processes and frameworks, IT compliance, or IT risk management
Professional experience in the financial services industry
Knowledge of auditing standards, concepts of internal control, processes, and the assessment and design of compliance tests
Knowledge of IT audit practices, planning and trends
Understanding of the industry, key markets, participants, innovation drivers, IT issues, standards and guidelines, the regulatory environment and developments
Knowledge of strategic objectives, key products and services, IT governance, policies and procedures, and risk policy
Ability to work in a structured way and to lead project teams
Interest in training colleagues with regard to high quality standards
Curious and service-oriented personality

Flexible and dedicated team player
Communication, presentation, networking and leadership skills
Strong team spirit
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
English and German (C2/C1)
