Requirements
Solid experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience in user research for digital products.
Methodological depth: You are proficient across the full range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Analytical acuity: You can identify complex behavioral patterns and translate them into simple, understandable models.
Pragmatism & delivery focus: You understand the speed of a startup and deliver 'lean insights'.
Strong communication skills: You can present your findings passionately and persuasively — in both German and English.
