Provider Outreach Consultant

Role Overview

• Get deep on Mamaya's programs, clinical focus areas, referral pathways, and insurance coverage — enough to speak confidently with any provider type
• Audit and organize our CRM; understand who's active, who's lapsed, and who we haven't reached yet
• Shadow and then join outreach calls, check-ins, and lunch-and-learns with existing partners
• Begin re-engaging dormant partners and scheduling check-ins
• Build the muscle of logging every touchpoint in our CRM — same day, no exceptions
• Independently conduct outreach to new provider organizations across our target list
• Deliver provider education presentations and lunch-and-learns to clinical teams
• Activate new referral partners — walk them through the referral process, get them set up, and make their first referral easy
• Manage existing partner relationships with regular check-ins, referral data sharing, and proactive problem-solving
• Report weekly to the CGO on outreach activity, new partners activated, and referrals generated

Requirements

• A background in mental health, social work, nursing, public health, or behavioral health — clinical, administrative, or adjacent
• Genuine understanding of women's mental health — postpartum, perinatal mood disorders, perimenopause, or reproductive health — and why it matters
• Experience in outreach, care coordination, community health, or healthcare relationship management
• Confidence walking into a medical office, presenting to a clinical team, and making complex things feel simple
• Discipline: you follow up, you log your activity, you don't let things slip through the cracks
• A startup mindset — comfortable operating without a fully built playbook, and excited to help create one
