Role Overview
- Defining and ensuring ServiceNow architecture and governance standards (OOB-first)
- Assessing requirements for scalability, maintainability and technical feasibility
- Conducting architecture reviews and reducing technical debt
- Advising business units, IT and management on ServiceNow-related topics
- Collaborating with agile development teams
Requirements
- Several years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB)
- Strong understanding of OOB approaches, CSDM, JavaScript and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) are a plus
- Very good command of English
- Confident presence in workshops and advisory situations
