Full management of the recruitment cycle for operational profiles (employees, supervisors, managers)
Lead the entire recruitment process primarily for operational functions (logistics, supply chain, transport operations) for a volume of approximately 100 hires per year
Write and optimize job postings, aligned with CEVA's employer brand
Screen applications, conduct interviews and assess technical and behavioral competencies
Advanced sourcing & talent hunting
Define targeted sourcing strategies and expertly use sourcing tools (job ads, CV databases, direct search, etc.)
Implement direct search approaches, notably via LinkedIn: identify, contact, qualify and engage passive candidates
Support managers in defining hiring needs and calibrating required profiles
Educate Managers and HRBPs on market realities and the recruitment process (timelines, responsiveness, etc.)
Actively participate in hiring decisions and continuous improvement of the recruitment process
Ensure a smooth, transparent and respectful candidate experience at every stage
Promote the Group’s image and values to candidates
Complete dashboards and track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hires, conversion rate, etc.)
Attend team follow-up meetings and provide regular reporting to the HR Team and managers on recruitment progress.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Business School, Occupational Psychology or equivalent university degree
Minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally in the transport and logistics sector
Experience in candidate sourcing with a structured direct approach
Experience in an international environment or within a structured Group/corporate context is a plus
Proven ability to recruit profiles ideally in transport, logistics/operations, supply chain, or commercial functions
Strong knowledge of sourcing and headhunting methods
Expert use of ATS and sourcing tools (specialized CV databases, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Good understanding of the business environment: profitability challenges, operational performance, transformation and projects
