Lead and develop your team across Sales, Marketing, and PR
building a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and measurable outcomes
Manage substantial budgets across paid channels (Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, and more) and ensure spend is consistently allocated toward what works
Collaborate closely with Data & Analytics to establish shared metrics, meaningful dashboards, and actionable reporting to the leadership team
Work hand in hand with Product and Tech to align growth initiatives with the user experience
Challenge existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements that strengthen both performance and scalability
Lead analysis and strategic recommendations for new markets and segments
Requirements
Proven track record of driving results in a consumer subscription business
you understand subscription economics at a deep, practical level
Hands-on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition where you've managed substantial budgets and can move confidently between strategy and channel-level data
Strong commercial leader with experience across both B2C and B2B, ideally in tech, healthtech, or a similarly fast-moving environment
Analytical and data-driven, someone who make decisions based on evidence and can build the reporting frameworks to back them up
Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment where rolling up your sleeves and working issues directly is a given
