7+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
Proficiency in modern scripting languages and frameworks for web application development (we use Next.js/React and Nest.js with TypeScript).
Experience designing and building scalable, maintainable, and performant systems.
Strong understanding of API design, backend architecture, and distributed system principles.
Experience with database systems, data modelling as well as at least one backend language or platform.
Experience leading or mentoring engineers and contributing to technical direction.
