Track open loops and chase completions without being asked
Meal plans aligned with our fitness goals — calculating macros, liaising with our chef or meal prep provider, adjusting as goals change
Health bookings — blood tests, doctor appointments, healthcare communication and billing
Full travel logistics — flights, hotels, itineraries, all of it handled to our preferences
Group coordination — trips, dinners, events — payments, headcounts, communication, all organized
Email and calendar management
In-person presence in Dubai — content shoots, videographer sourcing, location scouting
Errands, online orders, returns, package pickups, building management, banking
Supplement inventory tracking and restocking before we run out
Banking issues — calls, in-person visits, access issues, refund chasing

3–5+ years of experience in an EA, PA, Life Manager, or Chief of Staff role
Based in Dubai — this is non-negotiable
Verifiably, demonstrably organized — not just self-reported. We will ask you to show us.
Comfortable working across personal and professional domains simultaneously
Proficient with AI tools, Google Workspace, and productivity platforms
Open to occasional travel when needed for events (expenses fully covered)
Genuinely interested in health, fitness, and biohacking — this is a strong plus, not a nice-to-have

$3,500 – $4,500/month USD — based on experience, with room to grow as the role does
