Role Overview
- Respond to leasing inquiries across phone, email, web, and in person
- Build rapport with prospective residents and understand their needs
- Conduct engaging tours reflecting strong product knowledge
- Guide residents through the leasing process from interaction to move-in
- Maintain records in CRM and property management systems
- Collaborate with Operations and Leasing Coordinators
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide insights
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or Human Resources
- Strong analytical skills and business minded
- Ability to connect effort to results
- Trustworthy and professional demeanor
- Confident communication skills
- Comfortable with weekend and evening shifts
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages preferred.
