About this role
Role Overview
Find new business opportunities for security guard and patrol services
Contact property managers, business owners, construction companies, commercial property owners, facility managers, retail businesses, warehouses, healthcare facilities, hotels, and other potential clients
Make cold calls, send emails, network, and schedule meetings
Meet with potential clients in person when needed
Present Black Cube Security’s services
Help prepare proposals and follow up with clients
Build and manage a pipeline of potential contracts
Provide regular updates on leads, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups
Help secure new commercial security contracts
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
Experience selling services to commercial clients
Experience finding new clients through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client meetings when needed
