Role Overview
- Support the daily management of our insurance products and help coordinate their distribution across our markets
- Claims Monitoring: Follow up on the claims lifecycle and act as a reliable point of contact between local operations and insurance partners
- Support the daily management of our motor insurance lines and rental-specific coverages (billing accuracy, fleet updates)
- Ensure operational processes comply with regional guidelines and continuously help streamline insurance workflows
- Help roll out and maintain insurance products across our markets
- Assist in coordinating insurance product distribution through our dealer network
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, or Insurance
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the insurance, car rental, or mobility sector
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Comfortable with numbers; ability to track KPIs and use MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) or Google Sheets efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact smoothly with dealers, fleet managers, and internal departments
- Ability to handle operational deadlines with rigor and manage projects forward with minimal supervision
