- Running multichannel outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Qualifying prospects against an agreed framework
- Booking discovery calls for the account manager
- Maintaining accurate records in HubSpot
- Building our outbound playbook from scratch and documenting it
Requirements
- Self-direction is a non-negotiable
- Evidence of having built or shaped outbound before
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in a SaaS or technology product environment preferred
- Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by ownership and growth
- Well organised, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a remote team
