Role Overview

• Own compliance with UAE employment and PRO processes
• Ensure workplace is supportive and connected
• Navigate UAE bureaucracy and ensure no compliance deadlines are missed
• Run team rituals and events that build belonging
• Manage HR operations reliably

Requirements

• 1+ year in HR, People Operations, or a related role
• Hands-on experience with UAE PRO processes (MOHRE, GDRFA) and a good understanding of UAE labour law
• Experience with company incorporation across UAE jurisdictions (mainland, free zones) is a strong plus
• Strong organizational skills — able to juggle multiple deadlines independently with minimal supervision
• A confident communicator, in writing and in person, with a people-first mindset
• Discreet with confidential information; proactive and persistent in navigating PRO bureaucracy
• Comfortable in a diverse, international team and detail-oriented with documents and compliance
• English and Ukrainian at professional proficiency (required); Arabic a plus
