Participate in national and international M&A transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side throughout the entire transaction process
Prepare and compile transaction-relevant documents, in particular teasers, information memoranda, pitch materials, management presentations and other related documents
Build financial models, perform company valuations and analyze markets, business models, companies and competitors
Support due diligence processes as well as set up and manage virtual data rooms and coordinate Q&A processes
Support business development activities, especially through industry and investor screenings, financial analyses and the preparation of pitch and marketing materials
Work directly with partners and experienced colleagues on active mandates
Requirements
University degree in economics, business administration or a related field with above-average results, ideally with a focus on finance
Initial relevant practical experience through internships in M&A, corporate finance, transaction services, private equity or strategy consulting
Strong analytical skills and a high level of strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
High level of commitment, resilience and professional appearance
Independent, structured and meticulous working style with a strong focus on quality
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
