Develop and execute CRM management activities using the HubSpot platform;
Maintain the health and optimization of the CRM database (fields, properties, workflows, etc.);
Act as the interface with the data, sales, and marketing teams to carry out initiatives;
Implement marketing and sales automations in HubSpot (email and WhatsApp campaigns) aimed at increasing lead nurturing and conversion into opportunities for the sales team;
Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field;
Experience with Inbound Marketing, metrics, and data analysis;
Experience with HubSpot;
Analytical and strategic skills related to marketing environments, business, and processes;
Willingness to devise creative and unconventional solutions to problems;
Experience working with various artificial intelligence tools to optimize workflows;
Organized, committed, and proactive.
