About this role
Role Overview
You contribute creative ideas and suggestions to improve the content strategy, create posts based on the founders’ editorial direction, and take responsibility for maintaining, posting, and strategically expanding the company’s LinkedIn presence.
You will be trained in the professional recruiting system and participate across the entire process — from job postings and active sourcing on social media to pre-screening and conducting interviews.
You will actively help shape the development of employer branding initiatives on social media.
You support Sales in preparing for trade shows and processing lead lists — all without cold calling.
Requirements
Initial solid experience and skills in social media marketing and a general affinity for online marketing, ideally with a preference for B2B and content marketing (especially on LinkedIn)
You are enrolled at least in an advanced bachelor’s program or, ideally, in a master’s program in a relevant field (Online Marketing, AI, or similar)
Enthusiasm for digital social media strategies to attract customers or candidates
Confident use of AI tools or a willingness to learn them quickly
Clear, open, and direct communication and a healthy, realistic self-confidence
A confident, professional manner when dealing with customers and candidates, and good verbal expression
An independent, proactive working style — you enjoy contributing your own ideas and also like working in a team
Strong academic performance is a plus
Fluent German (spoken and written) and solid, communicative English
Some experience in recruiting is a plus but not required: with your social media and AI affinity we will make you a recruiting professional from day one — with intensive onboarding and personal guidance from a recruiting expert during onboarding.
Benefits
Direct collaboration with the founders and genuine co-creation rather than just supporting tasks
Flexible working hours and arrangements after onboarding
Generous training and development opportunities for personal and professional growth
An agile, open company culture with short decision-making paths
Clear development prospects beyond the working-student role — up to a key position within a specialized area of the Founders Associate function
