You support clients in their digital transformation and contribute to diagnosing strategic needs;
You conduct qualitative and quantitative studies (desk research, conducting interviews, data processing, facilitating workshops, etc.) and translate findings into actionable insights;
You analyze product performance and maintain dashboards to monitor performance against set objectives;
You influence product decisions with clients and design, product, and development teams, identifying trends to inform your recommendations;
You support the organization with technology and digital marketing monitoring (SEO audits, content strategy, conversion optimization, etc.);
Requirements
You have over 5 years of experience in digital product management and market research;
You are bilingual, communicating clearly in French and English and able to explain concepts to diverse audiences;
You have experience with activities that deepen user or product understanding (analytics, surveys, interviews, focus groups, benchmarking, etc.);
You leverage artificial intelligence in your research activities;
You are comfortable with visualization tools (such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.);
You understand the various disciplines of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, click-through rate optimization, e-commerce, etc.);
You demonstrate methodological rigor, ethics, and user empathy;
You manage multiple projects in parallel effectively;
You are comfortable traveling occasionally within and outside Quebec.
