You plan and lead onboarding projects with our new customers and enable our existing customers to make the best use of Ankaadia through account management, training and support.
You work closely with the product team to communicate and prioritize customer requirements.
As a customer success manager you identify requirements and challenges together with our customers in order to tailor the Ankaadia software solution to their needs through precise configuration.
You keep an eye on the big picture! As a project manager and product specialist you manage onboarding projects for new customers, collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to further develop our software solution.
You enjoy working in a motivated and ambitious team, share best practices and collaborate to achieve our Customer Success objectives.
Requirements
You have initial experience in customer support, ideally in a B2B software environment, at a personnel services agency, or in HR.
You are passionate about innovative software products and confident in using them.
You demonstrate focused and confident communication as well as proactive action.
With your positive, energetic and creative manner you build trust and enthusiasm with our customers.
Ideally, you have experience working with a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk or similar) and have managed support workflows and simple automations.
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
Ideally, you have completed a degree in business, communications, social sciences, or a comparable qualification.
You have a sense of humor and want to enjoy your work.
