Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of customers through regular field visits and relationship management
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting activities and territory development
Drive cross-selling initiatives and expand existing customer relationships
Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the acquisition of new customers
Analyze sales performance and continuously monitor market trends within the assigned area
Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction through regular visits, logistics checks, technical assistance coordination and product quality monitoring
Collaborate closely with the District Manager and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless customer support
Monitor customer profitability and Gross Profit targets, proactively identifying and implementing corrective actions when needed
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or related fields
1-2 years of sales experience, ideally within the Horeca sector
Previous experience in the beverage industry is considered a plus
Experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management or Channel Management within FMCG environments is a plus.
Strong negotiation, planning and relationship management skills
Good knowledge of the Milano area and its Horeca landscape
Proactive, organized and comfortable working autonomously in the field
